Arrowwood Landscape Design’s Plant Warranty:

Thank you for your purchase of plants from Arrowwood Landscape Design, Inc. Please remember that plants are living entities and need care as such. Your success in growing landscape plants is going to depend largely on the care they receive. All materials installed by Arrowwood Landscape Design, Inc., will be true to name, free from disease, insects, and in healthy condition when planted. Proper watering, fertilizing, and pest control are necessary to maintain healthy plant growth. It is the client/homeowners’ responsibility to provide the plants with proper watering, fertilization and pest control once the plants are installed.

Within the first 90 days, any plants that die will be replaced one time with plants that are similar in size and value as the original installed material. Replacement plants are not warranted. Liability not to exceed the plant value. Arrowwood Landscape Design, INC will pay for the cost of the replacement plant. There will be a charge to the client of $75.00 for labor to replace each shrub and the minimum charge for tree replacement will be $150.00. Labor charges must be paid before the replacements will be made.

After 90 days a $75.00 service charge will apply for a consultation to assess plant health. The client will receive a written report assessing the condition of the plants with suggestions and options for the client on care of the plant(s).

Arrowwood Landscape Design, Inc. assumes no liability for replacement of plants killed or damaged by pests, insect infestation, abnormal weather conditions, or other conditions beyond our control. Moving landscape plants from their original location will void the warranty.

THE GUARANTEE IS VOID IF:

  1. Payment is not made in full within the terms of the original agreement.
  2. Purchaser has not notified Arrowwood Landscape Design, INC of unusual or abnormal conditions of growth before the plant dies (e.g. plant is wilting, leaves dropping, bark cracks, insects, etc.).
  3. Plants die due to gross negligence or failure to water adequately – refer to General Watering Instructions for more information. Gross negligence includes allowing a plant to die before notifying Arrowwood Landscape Design, Inc.
  4. Plants that are not covered by warranty include: Sod, Grass Seed, Transplanted Plants, and Annuals.

GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE AND DOES NOT COVER FURTHER CARE OR MAINTENANCE OF THE PLANT.

We assume no responsibility for the occurrence of or development of any type of fungus or mold and are not liable for its development or clean up.
